Our team has extensive practical experience in handling such cases, ensuring that clients complete the verification correctly and without unnecessary delays, with full support from our team.

- ⚙️ Processing Method: Exchanges are processed semi-automatically with the involvement of an operator. We recommend checking the operator's current status before placing an order.
- 💱 Rate Fixing: The exchange rate is fixed once the funds have been received at our payment details.
- 📊 Amount Adjustment: The final exchange amount may vary slightly depending on the current market rate. Permissible deviations are calculated based on the parser update interval of 1–3 minutes.
- 🕒 Payout Time: If the operator's status is Online, the payout is usually completed within 7 hours. In some cases, the transfer may be split into several transactions.
- 🛡️ AML Verification: Every transaction is automatically screened for compliance with AML requirements. If a high risk level or links to illegitimate sources of funds are detected, identity verification may be required.
